Bio
My journey began when I emigrated to the United States at the age of 14 without knowing a word of English, within one year I learned the language and achieved honors in high school. In college, I continued to stay true to my values of hard work and dedication by taking a full course load and working a full time job to pay for school
As my career has evolved from waitress to account manager, I developed many skills and wore many shoes. In all my endeavors, I strive to excel. Here are three examples: I was nominated as a rising star while working at Starcom Mediavest, won an Effie for an Oreo campaign, and most recently a project I led while at FOX for J&J won an International Emmy for a branded documentary
My ability to learn quickly in uncertain situations has become a defining characteristic of my career. I am proud of the fact that I always challenge myself to go outside of my comfort zone, looking for more responsibility, and more influence in the quest of acquiring more knowledge. This is the reason that drove me to enroll at the Kellogg School of Management to pursue my EMBA
In my professional journey I have learned to develop great relationships at all levels of the organizations I have been a part of. I have guided clients to reach advertising objectives through strategic planning, innovative campaigns, and well executed plans
